Workshops are the best place to dig into areas of practice that we don’t have time to fully explore in a class setting. I offer workshops regularly at Saraswati’s Yoga Joint, including the Asana Lab series, breaking down inversions, arm balances, backbends, chaturanga, and more!
Private classes are a wonderful opportunity to work in a more focused way on your practice. Whether you are new to yoga, looking to unlock a certain pose, recovering from injury, or simply prefer a quieter, individual environment, we can align the experience to your goals.
Privates can be in person or virtual, and I also teach small groups!
